Reservation system secured through Authorize.net. There is a $15.00 non-refundable deposit on all reservations. For reservation policies please click here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following will apply…
Cancellations MUST be completed over the phone; no email cancellations will be accepted. You will be emailed a cancellation confirmation within 24 hrs. with any fees that may apply.
To cancel your reservation, please call (540) 984-4299 to confirm cancellation.
ALL RESERVATIONS OF TWO DAYS OR MORE:

Any cancelations before the 7-day deadline will forfeit the $15.00 deposit.

Any cancellations after the 7-day deadline will be 50% of the reservation.
SUPER SITE & SITE 14 CANCELLATION POLICIES (includes deposit):

Any cancellation BEFORE the 7-day deadline, will be a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Any cancellation AFTER the 7-day deadline, will be 50% of reservation.
HOLIDAY & EDINBURG OLE TIME FESTIVAL CANCELLATION POLICY (deposit deducted):

Any cancellation BEFORE the 14-day deadline, will be one night of reservation.

Any cancellation BEFORE 7-day deadline but after 14-day deadline will be 50% of reservation.

Anything under 7 days or (NO SHOW/ NO CALL) will forfeit total balance of reservation.
ANY CANCELATION UNDER 24 HOURS (NO SHOW/NO CALL)

Will result in forfeiting entire reservation balance.
